Ingredients

For the yogurt base
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, for mixing into the yogurt
Fruit toppings
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
Crunch and seed toppings
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoons honey for drizzling on top

Equipment

  • 2 serving bowls
  • 1 mixing spoon
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons

Method

Assemble the bowls
  1. If desired, stir 1 teaspoon honey into the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Divide the yogurt evenly between 2 serving bowls and spread into an even layer.
  3. Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle the granola, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and hemp seeds over the top.
  5. Drizzle with the remaining honey and serve immediately.

Notes

Use thick, cold yogurt for the best texture. Add granola just before serving so it stays crisp. Keep toppings separate if making ahead.
