Make the sauce
- In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth.
Cook the beef
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked through.
- Drain excess grease if needed, then season the beef with the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Assemble and toast
- Warm the tortillas briefly so they are flexible and easy to fold.
- Divide the cooked beef among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each. Top with shredded cheddar, shredded lettuce, diced white onion, chopped pickles, and burger sauce.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into wraps.
- Return the skillet to medium heat and add the butter or oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp.
- Rest the wraps for 1 minute, then slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overfill the wraps or they may split while toasting. Keep lettuce and sauce centered for easier rolling. For best texture, assemble just before serving.
